Skilling forms a foundational pillar of the HCL IT City ecosystem, enabling the development of a steady, industry-ready talent pipeline aligned with the needs of technology and knowledge-driven enterprises. The campus hosts a dedicated Skill Development Centre that supports general and advanced skilling across digital, technical, and professional domains. Through structured training programs, hands-on workshops, and practical learning environments, learners and professionals gain competencies that bridge the gap between academic education and real-world industry requirements. This integrated approach to skilling enhances employability, reduces onboarding time for employers, and strengthens workforce readiness for long-term growth.

HCLTech at HCL IT City further strengthens its skilling ecosystem through HCL TechBee – its early-career training program that enables students after Class 12th, to enter the technology workforce through structured learning, mentorship, and real-time industry exposure.

Candidates undergo 12 months of training for entry-level IT Services and Digital support roles. This is a hybrid training program that focuses on both the overall education of students and grooming of their personality – making them industry-ready.

All TechBees can pursue higher education while being on the job; with leading universities and institutions including – Shiv Nadar University (Institution of Eminence), BITS Pilani, IIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, IIT Guwahati, Amity University, and IIM Sirmaur.

Stipend:
INR 10,000 per month during internship

Starting Salary:
INR 2.25 – 2.50 Lakh per annum
